Seems like it frequently happens that way. I was in the middle of printing Christmas gifts the morning of Friday, Dec. 22 when my R800 refused to feed paper. Fortunately, there's an Epson service center about 15 minutes from home. They had it repaired and back in my hands by 3:00 PM.
