Perhaps I'll put the Metz 60 CT2 om the K10D.
And then use the *ist D for No-Flash ISO 3200 shots. Sounds like a good
idea!

Just finished shooting a wedding on Saturday afternoon.  Previously I
had been using my AF400T with Lumiquest softener on TTL with the
*istD.  For this round, I used the K10D and the AF400T with Lumiquest
Promax Ultrasoft attachment.  I used the flash on Auto setting and set
the camera accordingly for the f stop.  I must say, that the
consistency of exposures was improved quite dramatically.  You might
try that with your Metz flashes and the K10D.
