Hi John, thanks for your comments. So you confirm my +0.3 EV as K10D 
standard behaviour.
I've shot around 1,000 K10D pictures so far. During the early 300-400 shot I 
had two badly exposed pics (thoise around +2 to +3EV), one being daylight on 
a bright day and another one indoors with quite low tungsten light.

Then, during the latest 500 shots taken yesterday at Vence Carnival, I saw 
those say 20% shots overexposed more than "standard" 0.3% (mostly around + 1 
or +1.5 EV and a few of them up to 2 or maybe even 3 stops). They were all 
daytime shots on a clear day.
