I owned the 31 Limited first. Nice imaging qualities (but some annoying flare), irritatingly stupid fixed lens hood, awkward lens cap, big and heavy. Not enough of an improvement in imaging and too annoying in size and weight, with that hood, compared the FA35/2 AL to warrant a 3x price tag, IMO. That's why I sold it.
