YEAH RIGHT - and I'll do that for you when the other million totally wrong things posted here that had to be corrected by me repeatedly year after year and are never acknowledged. NO, it may be legal to own them here ( not sure on the importation rule/laws on them ) but if they were legal to sell here why are none of the major brands avaiable or why are no units of ANY brands available at any major U.S. chains? NO REPLY yet on that. I think that is got to be a **legal** licensing agreement issue like I suggested in the beginnning of the thread, not some market force issue or a "gentlemen's agreement" among DVD player suppliers. Besides, the other argument like why would they have developed region coding in the first place if they didnt have the legal and logistical means to enforce it?
