I totally agree Bill.

I approach digital photography like I'm still shooting slides <get it right 
in camera>
Although I will take advantage of Photoshop (minor adjustments) to improve 
an image
when needed.

This philosophy bailed me out @ GFM this year, when without my own laptop, I 
resorted to the generosity of several PDML'ers, to use theirs, but for one 
reason or another I was having a hard time applying my usual PS workflow & 
simply copied my images to a CD & submitted - without any PS work.  (the 
winning wildflower image in the accomplished category was mine).
