Hi folks, Okay, that's badly off-topic, but probably not more than single-malt and blend, so here we go: What am I supposed to carry with me on a trip abroad in order to get online at the hotel? I can figure out I need a laptop including an internet browser and mail software, but what about connection hardware? Is on-board modem OK? Do I need a DSL modem or any other stuff? I truly don't know what kind of line/interface/plug to expect at the hotel... Are there many possible options?
