What if it's well-built and lasts a long time? ;) We bought our big digital printer when I was presented with a print that I felt exceeded what we could do in our chemical darkroom, and also that I could sell to our customers as "photographic". I also bought a well-built printer. I do not intend to replace it in the next product cycle (which came a full four months after I plunked my money down), or even the one after that. In fact, I don't intend to replace it unless it develops a serious problem that cannot be economically fixed. On the other hand, I paid $7500, not $75. You get what you pay for. Anyone who expects a printer that costs less than $100 to last is nuts. -Aaron - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
