I would love one, but actually will stick with the R-D1 as the best
feature by far is folding away the rear LCD and ignoring it. I thought
about selling the 1DmII and getting an M8 but it is such a reliable
camera (even at 4 years old) and works really well with the A*85 and the
K15, as well as the EF24-70 and EF70-200. I like rangefinder photography
very very much. If I jump at all, it will be for a 1DsmIII full-frame,
maybe in a year or two.

Good luck with the M8 - I think you'll undergo a little bit of a
renaissance with that ;-)
