I was waiting to respond till I got my first pics back shot with my new (to
me)
50 1.2, I have to agree with you Daphne, it is a superb lens. It is even
nice
wide open, I shot quite a bit at f4 and it was sharp. I have to get in a
praise
for Supra 400, I really like it, black backgrounds and no grain. Back to the
50 1.2 praise, it is just sweet with the extra 1/2 stop for the evening
shots
hand held.  I know the Supra is a very saturated film, but the 50 1.2 is
very nice with color, they just pop.
