As a lens for portraits (as well as for low light situations), what about the Zeiss 50/1.4 Planar T*?

It's a superb lens (I own the older Contax/Yashica version). But I'd
skip it in Pentax mount because it simply doesn't justify the price
gap over the FA 50/1.4. The Pentax lens is a superb performer and
costs around half of the other 50/1.4 options cost (and a little over
a third of the cost of the Zeiss).

There is also the Nokton 58/1.4 to consider as well as the new 55/1.4 from Pentax. Reports are trickling in that the 55 is a very slow lens for AF speed, but is very sharp wide open.
