"In my vast (?) experience with any tracking system and having spoken to UPS and FedEx supervisors, the bottom line answer is: The tracking on your package is only a prediction of the packages whereabouts based on previous experience. The package scanning is internal, and used to assist us in finding a lost package, not to pin down the actually current location of the item."

My PDML annual was supposedly delivered at 1:28 this afternoon and
