My PDML annual was supposedly delivered at 1:28 this afternoon and
left at my front door.  I've been home all day and there is no package
at my front door.  A  phone call to their so called customer service
department told me that I would have to wait until the driver returned
tomorrow to find out the dispostion.  I wonder if FEDEX will reimburse
me for the cost of the book if they can't locate it?  Never had this
kind of problem with UPS.


If it's any consolation, I've had nothing but good experience with Fed/Ex and nothing but bad experience with UPS.
