Well it all uses the "standard" "universal" Arca-Swiss/Kirk style quick releases. what's great is that it's all interchangeable with the Wimberley, Kirk etc systems but the bad thing is that it is not at all compatible with the Bogen/Manfrotto system.
My flash bracket is actually a Wimberley Macro bracket. I was too poor to buy the tele-bracket. :-) http://www.tripodhead.com/products/flash-bracket-macro-brackets.cfm
