Image size aside, they're really very different cameras. Buy the one that feels best to you. You should only buy into the bigger is better argument if you plan on printing larger than 11x14. I don't think you'll see much of a difference otherwise. Want autofocus? Want data imprinting? Want interchangeable finders? Want motor drive? Want a fisheye or shift? Want a macro lens that goes to 1:1? How much weight do you feel like dragging around? I love the way the 645n feels, and I love the prints I get from 645 negs. The 645n is just small enough for me to use as a walking around camera. A 67II would be too big - I know I'd leave it at home a lot. Here's a "walking around" shot I took recently: http://www.bigdayphoto.com/tom/pow/ We could debate whether it would be a better shot if it were shot on 6x7, but the simple fact is I wouldn't have dragged a Pentax 67 around for this shot. I *would* drag a Mamiya 7 around, but that's another debate.... This is from the photo outing Geoff Moes and I took. I carried the 645n and 45-85 in my hand for over an hour. Anyway, my own feeling is that the 645n is more suitable for someone who does more handheld work and likes the way 35mm cameras feel, while the 67II is great for folks who like to work off a tripod and are trying to squeeze out every bit of resolution without resorting to a view camera. 6x4.5 negs look great and they'd probably make you pretty damned happy. 6x7 negs look slightly better at big enlargements and would make you pretty damned happy too.
