All I can say is wow.  I might have even been pissed off enough to waste money

Same here.  Even to the point of being able to (quickly!) come up with a copy 
of my sales document when I needed to pursue warranty work on a camera about 10 
months after I bought it.  They are a quality act which is why I was confident 
purchasing my K7 from them.
