My K10 lasted a bit over a year before the shutter apparently starting
sticking open. Now my K-x shutter button has started sticking down
after it is pressed after a couple of months. Is Pentax quality
control getting worse, or is it my luck that is getting worse?
Could I expect other brands of DSLR to last any longer before repairs
are needed?
Thanks
Mike
I don't have any data on the earlier Ks but both *ist-D needs a circute
board, (but the fact that I dropped it a couple of times probably
accounts for that. The *ist-Ds had been well used and AFAIKT dispite
beign a bit scruffy works perfectly. The K20D has to go to repar, the
SD card door latch snapped off, but that was my fault.
