My K10 lasted a bit over a year before the shutter apparently
starting sticking open. Now my K-x shutter button has started
sticking down after it is pressed after a couple of months. Is Pentax
quality control getting worse, or is it my luck that is getting worse?
Could I expect other brands of DSLR to last any longer before repairs
are needed?
Thanks
Mike
I don't have any data on the earlier Ks but both *ist-D needs a
circute board, (but the fact that I dropped it a couple of times
probably accounts for that. The *ist-Ds had been well used and AFAIKT
dispite beign a bit scruffy works perfectly. The K20D has to go to
repar, the SD card door latch snapped off, but that was my fault.
The spell checker failed me! Oh woe, Oh woe...
