My experience is good (in so far as a broken SDM motor repair can be good). Johnsons Photopia, the Pentax agent in the UK replaced the "autofocus motor" in my 16-50. They communicated well, diagnosed the problem properly and fixed it quickly. 115 GBP is a lot (it was way out of warranty), but it works well now. Let's hope it stays that way...
