see, there's your difference between 'morally' and 'logically' - by gut feeling, i.e. 'morally' it just isn't fair that Plymouth should get away with building a car that catches fire, recall or not, maintenance or not. Cars aren't supposed to be built that way, period. 'logically'... well first of all it is a cultural thing - what is considered fair in one society may not be in another and then the rest is probably a matter for experts, lawyers and judges to decide. Personally, I do fail to understand how the maker of the part that failed and caused the fire could NOT be at fault. How is that?
