quick question for those who have tried both - to use a p-ttl flash off camera would you advise using a) pentax F (male / female hotshoe adaptor plus sync cable) b) 3rd party cheapo cable solution c) wireless, if so, which one?
I've used both the Pentax sets and third party ones without any problems either way. Nissin make a 'universal' off camera cord that supposedly works with multiple systems (just comes down to hotshoe pin placement I guess), but I've not tried it.
I also use the Elinchrom Skyport wireless remotes. Seem to work pretty well for me. I chose them mostly because they are small, but there are lots of options out there. I'd avoid the ebay 'cactus' type ones, etc.
