Sure, all sensors are full-frame for themselves.  You've passed
Tautology 101, and next you can move on to Kiri-kin-tha's First Law of
Metaphysics.

But we're talking about the K-mount, which is a mount designed for
24x36 mm film.  It incorporates a registration distance appropriate to
the mirror box for 24x36 mm.  That decision continues to affect lens
designs for the mount, no matter what sensor we put behind the lens.
It is appropriate to call 24x36 mm "full frame" in the context of this
mount.
