Yeah. I urgently need to replace my worn out 28 cm Gastrolux with something uncoated. I am thinking forged iron since I already have a cast iron pan. I'll never buy coated again; plus Gastrolux won't recoat that € 130 piece of useless metal. Other places do it but PTFE only and I refuse to let that near my food. Maybe we should design and market a cookware line called Pantax...
