That depends on how well it performs. It's got a good run at it being that you're talking a $5000 minimum price advantage. Even on Leica ground, $5000 can buy a couple of really sweet lenses and there are plenty of good APS-C, 12 Mpixel sensors available today to work with them and extract very high quality images from them.
Of course, no LIVE viewfinder is the same thing as a mechanically coupled optical rangefinder, so the experience in use will be different.
