That is why we try to pay cash at restaurants, where quite a number of cards can be "skimmed". Apologies to all you law-abiding poorly-paid restaurant staff out there. UK tax law demands we keep our paperwork for 7 years - when it comes to disposal I guess we will incinerate, or convert to papier mache.
