I'm sorry, but I don't agree with this at all.  It's the world we
currently live in.  If you leave your children alone in the car, you
are not being responsible.  The thief is obviously the greater
perpetrator here, but hat does not exonerate the father for doing
something stupid.  The good old days are gone.
