That sort of nettled at me, too. But, it was another sunflower growing
in the background and I was torn between minimizing an element that fit
with the subject, or making a ham-fisted and ultimately futile attempt
at improving it given my grossly underdeveloped editing skills.
I opted to make it a long-term project. It'll be one more on the
sizable pile of "learner" images.
But, I do agree with you. It does detract and distract a bit.
