I can't answer your specific questions for numerous reasons. But my first thought was "equipment". Duplicate body and lenses, plus a hefty computer/storage system seem to be de rigeur. Plus, I would look very carefully at the costs of business insurance. Messing with other people's kids is bound to end in litigation. 8-)
