No, i use nikon for anything flash related and i use my K10D for pretty much all of my general photography now. I like the "fuji" colours of the Pentax more as opposed to what Nikon seems to have a "kodak" colour look to them. As far as trying to improve on my photos i try and do some practice with low light, back light and fill and birds in flight. I have not had much time over this year, and with the price of fuel my photo drives at once in a while as opposed to every weekend.
