I sent my A*300mm to a repairman in Tenn. After he was finished with
it he sent it back to me via the USPS. It took less than two days to
get to the local sorting center in Connecticut, where for some reason
they sent it back to a sorting center in Tennessee which sent it to a
different sorting center in Tennessee, which sent it to a third sorting
center in Tennessee, which finally sent it back to Connecticut. Fully
two weeks in transit and a grand tour of the Postal service facilities
in Tennessee. I feel your pain.
