Perhaps interestingly, I also ranted on Twitter yesterday and got a
reply from @upshelp (UPS Customer Support)

"Frustration understood. Really sorry it was incorrectly routed. ^KW @UPS"

Not sure what the ^KW means, unless it is the initials of the person
who answered (for Quality Assurance purposes).

Regardless, still won't see my package now until Monday. 10 DAYS later
than it should have been.
