convertible, but it did have a clown driving it...

Under the hood it looks a lot like my first car. An Austin America (aka Austin 1300). I'd love to see a modern incarnation of the original mini, not the bloated sesquimini, but 1500 lbs, and a modern 1300 cc motor that'd get twice the power of the original, with better gas mileage.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a market for fun to drive cars that get 40MPG, so it would never get built.
