I agree. Some of my friends who enjoy shooting with their P&S might relish a camera like this. Eliminating excessive shutter lag and having access to interchangeable lenses would delight many of them. It will be interesting to see how the market responds. Design is a tricky thing. Bruno Sacco, who designed Mercedes-Benz vehicles for 41 years, once said that if you like a design at first glance, it's probably too ordinary and will wear rapidly.
