I use blogger, but have also used both Wordpress and Drupal. Drupal is more geek-friendly. Wordpress just looks nice. Both are quite popular and very versatile. Still, the current Blogger iteration has some nice features and you can purchase a domain and redirect blogger so that it looks like a hosted domain. IOW, there are no bad choices. If you are geeky, Drupal. If you want less difficulty and a great appearance, Wordpress. If you want to be up in 5 minutes, Blogger.
