Daniel, I've been blogging on Google Blogger for since 2006:
1. It is free.
2. You can have multiple blogs for different themes.
3. You can adopt any of the templates that they have which I believe
would satisfy your requirements for each of the blogs you indicated.
I am not sure how to import your blog into Blogger but I hope there're
ways. Other than that - my vote is for Blogger at least from convenience
standpoint.
