Boris, Larry: I was totally unaware of the new Sigma zoom lens.
Godfrey: same about the Olympus lens.

Thank you for the information, I'll take a closer look at the Sigma
lens. The range is a bit short for a zoom, but it might be still worth
attention. 
Olympus lens is unfortunately of no use to me at this point.

As for Pentax, - as I mentioned earlier, I would be happy to be proven wrong, 
but I doubt that a non-DA* or non-limited lens would be a fast lens.
