The software nicely compensates for the minor changes in focal length as you change focus through this process. A focusing rail may be needed for the greater precision if doing something with magnification greater than life-size. stan > > >> Is there stacking software that is free or inexpensive and work >> with or outside of photoshop elements 5.0? > > i've only used Photoshop myself, but wikipedia has a list of focus-stacking > tools; some are free, and some have trial versions: > > <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Focus_stacking#Software> > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow > the directions. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
