Ahem. My uncles both had Porsches years ago, as well as Leicas, and neither they, nor my current friends with Porsches, are assholes. ... I was always more enamored of Alfa Romeo and Mercedes, but had several MGBs, a Jaguar E-Type, and a Triumph TR-3 along the way. I've also had Leicas alongside Nikons, Pentax, Olympus, and other cameras over the many years. Making generalizations about people based on the things the own is generally not too accurate a way to judge either the people or the things...
