In general, I like it. It works well, as Dan said, in black and white. I have two niggles with it. The first one is that the bright clouds look a bit blown out. The other is that with the ship centered on the left side the composition feels a bit "off". I realize that both the clouds and the city at the bottom are part of what you were aiming to get in the photo, but another crop, without so much of the clouds at the top might work better.
