Thank you for your kind words. I tend to think that this tilted feeling (that I often experience myself) has to do with the fact that this image has two shorelines that are not parallel. So, they kind of grab your attention and since they are not straight and not parallel, they induce this strange feeling.

Even more interesting is that when I apply "Auto" lens correction in Lightroom (which normally takes care of all things straight), it produces badly tilted image. So, it seems, you and I are not alone in this confusion.

Fascinating indeed.
