As always, I don't have time or patience to wait out. The big ship was getting ready for being pulled by smaller (actually quite tiny) tugboats, as it was going in for landing:-).
I entirely admit that I was fascinated by the contrast of the weather and human activity, and of course the light and the city. This is the location that I very often go to when I chance to be in Haifa. Certainly, if you were to come, I'd take you there too.
