I've now identified three Earthlink mail server IP addresses that are RBL by "Spam Eating Monkey". I think "Spam Eating Monkey" must be the service PDML uses.
All three RBL instances track back to the same idiot Earthlink "user" spamming some other mailing list. I spent an extended period of time on the phone with Earthlink's "technical support" in India Friday night; a complete waste of time. I'll make one more attempt on Monday during US business hours, but I might be looking for another email provider ...
