I'm thinking of the color profile assigned to your monitor - but not using a Mac I don't know that I can help. On a Windows machine there is a color profile assigned to your monitor that is used by Lightroom and other apps to adjust the colors so that what you see is accurate. If there is a problem with that profile the machine adjusts the colors erroneously and can produce the kinds of color shifts you are seeing. I assume things work more or less the same on a Mac but don't know how you would check them out.

How do the images look on another screen - phone or tablet or another computer?

It the problem suddenly started happening I wonder if it could be related to
color management settings. Maybe the monitor's profile was inadvertently
changed? Does it only happen with images from the Fuji?
Thanks, Mark. Do you mean color settings in the camera? I have been using the
Fuji pretty exclusively for a while now—with just one lens, a 27 mm. I’ll take
a look at some of my older images taken with my K-5.
