        No - hold it w/ a flatblade screwdriver, then the top screws
        off counterclockwise. That non-oily electrical cleaner spray
        stuff was what was suggested to me. The teflon dry lube might
        work - idea is not to have gunk-collection in there from what-
        ever you use. My winderII would "jam/stall" quite often until
        I did this clean-up.
