Bob- Thanks, I'm just trying to make sure that the drive isn't the cause of the problem, as I do not want the warranty period to run out, find out that I have a bad drive and now be stuck with a piece of junk.
I never held the rewind knob, that's not the problem. I just hate worrying about whether the motor drive is going to be reliable or not- I missed some really nice shots because of this problem last weekend.
