I agree with Godfrey. My son is a computer tech who works with Apple and PC equipment every day. My wife was computer coordinator for a school district and worked with Apple equipment. Both have frequently used Apple Tech support and the Genius Bar for problems and questions, and both have had consistently good experiences. On the two occasions when I have had a problem, they have addressed my issues promptly and effectively.
