At least one: set your ambient exposure manually, then use the
exposure compensation dial to control the flash.

The AF360FGZ has a dial that allows exposure compensation on the flash
when used with a MZ-S, but I don't thihk it'll work with a 645nII.

The number I see most often is -1.66. I usually prefer less, somewhere
around -2.5 or -3.
