Rob,

This only works with P-TTL on the MZ-S.  Unless the 645NII supports
P-TTL, he is stuck doing more along the lines of what I suggested.  I
have the MZ-S and the 67II.  On the MZ-S, it is so quick and easy as
you suggested.  On the 67II, to be able to control the flash output,
you have to use Auto mode and dial in the f-stop that you want.  It
does work well, just slower to do because you have to change it each
time you change your f-stop on the camera.
