   Narrower. On cloudy days you would want less flash output, no more
   than opening the shadows and giving a glimpse in the eyes. Full
   or more power will only emphasize the flash as the main light
   source, altering the natural look of the subject.
   On the contrary, when it is sunny and the subject has deep shadows,
   you need full power or even one extra stop to open the shadows and
   the flash effect still won't be obvious.
