Actually, the main reason for Pentax to remove aperture setting from the body is that it isn't precise enough (for a pro grade camera). Aperture set from the body is only approximate aperture. Aperture on a Pentax lens is about 1/10s accuracy whereas a typical EOS body can set aperture only withing 1/3stop accuracy. P�l
